As a small staffing service we make some amazing connections with people and we're not just talking about placements. Our goal is to learn about who you are and what you want to accomplish. We then try to help you make your goals a reality by matching you with the right client.

Our work falls mainly within the administrative support realm, everything from reception, office assistant work and convention services to executive assistant and office/operations management. We occasionally conduct searches in other areas when we have a strong affinity for the organization and the job.

Salaries for temporary positions range from $12-$26 per hour with the majority being in the $12-$16 range. On the permanent side, generally $28K-$70K, with the average being $35K-$48K. We also do part-time placement for both temporary and permanent positions.

The nature of a small agency like ours is such that we can't respond to everyone even though we want to. We've tried it in the past and truly regret that we don't have the capacity to handle it. Most of the permanent searches we conduct and the temporary assignments we place people in are with non-profit organizations and cutting-edge for-profit companies. We genuinely like our clients. If they wouldn't be good dinner guests, odds are we won't work with them.
